Cards Accepted

Which cards can you use on my website? I accept the following cards as payment for your orders:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Discover Network
  • American Express
  • Visa or MasterCard check cards or ATM cards
  • Visa, MasterCard, or American Express gift cards

You can usually use debit, check, and gift cards issued by the companies above in addition to their standard credit cards. For example, if you're paying with a Visa Check Card, please select Visa from the drop-down menu on the order form when indicating the card type. Similarly, if you're paying with a EuroCard or MasterMoney Card, select MasterCard.


I want you to be satisfied! If for any reason you are unhappy with any of my products or services*, please contact me. I will arrange a full, unconditional refund.

*The only exception to this blanket guarantee is this: if you bought equipment from me as part of a purchase (e.g., the Story-Pod, which includes a new iPod), I ask that you return the equipment in the condition in which you received it. If, for some reason, you wish to return equipment that you damaged or used to the point of obvious wear, please contact me; I will work with you to find some mutually acceptable course of action.

Why Such a Generous Refund Policy?

After all these years of performing, coaching, and teaching storytelling, I am confident I can provide you with high-quality work. I have succeeded with so many people (and learned from my failures along the way) that I stand behind what you buy from me 100%.

Therefore, I won't hassle you. I may ask you what didn't work for you, in the hope of fixing it. I may make you a counter-offer, where I attempt to satisfy you in a different way. But I won't argue with you or blame you. If you're not satisfied, I'll just give you back your money.

After all, I see you as a valuable part of my professional community. I don't want you unhappy; I'd rather lose the money than have you telling your friends that you are not pleased with your transactions with me.

As I see it, it is in my long-term interest to make sure that you feel respected, fairly treated, and highly pleased with your interactions with me. I wouldn't anything to stand in the way of that, if it's in my power to make it right!
